From the moment you step inside you’ll enjoy a vibrant and unique atmosphere. Take a seat and you’ll be able to order any items from 5 individually owned restaurants.

Will you choose pizza or pasta from The Italian Job? Perhaps dumplings, boa, and shared asian fusion dishes from Umami. It’s hard to look past tapas, tacos, and mexican delights from Calavera Cantina. Incredible antipasto from The Kitchen, or American style food like southern fried chicken wings, burgers, and mac ‘n’ cheese from Luckies Diner.

The biggest problem you will have is trying to decide! With so many mouth watering options available, a stop by The Collective is a must on your Gold Coast stay. You can view the full menu here.

The Beach

Palm Beach was voted the cleanest beach in Queensland three times, and boasts both stretches of sandy white coastline perfect for surfing or swimming as well as a sheltered swimming area perfect for younger children. You won’t need to worry about crashing waves or rips and the kids can play at the water's edge or splash around in safety.

You’ll also find Laguna Park just steps from the beach. There’s a big adventure playground complete with a pirate ship, pedal powered monorail, and lots of space to run, jump, and climb. There are BBQ areas and lots of shady spots for picnics. Family fun is a given when you head to Palm Beach.

Boutique Shopping

Trendy little boutique stores have popped up in Palm Beach over the last few years. There’s Little Maisy which stocks over 45 Australian handmade ‘Instagram brands’ kids products. White Bohemian Store stocks fashion brands like Spell, Kivari, and Cabo Gypsy. From fashion to homeware, surf and swim essentials, to sweet little cafes to recharge at, Palm Beach has transformed into a trendy little coastal suburb with it’s own distinct style.
